Fundraising is very important for Long Lake Provincial Park Association, the park, it’s trails, parking lots and kayak launch are not financially supported by your tax dollars. No provincial funding is provided to LLPPA who are the stewards of the developed section of the park. From the trail start at Dentith Road around to the back of the Lakeview Trail on the north side of Witherod lake, LLPPA has to raise funds each year to care for trail maintenance, keeping the parking lot in good shape.
We also have a bench program so people can sponsor a bench and put a plaque on it.
We are currently not running any raffles.
