All welcome to the Let’s Talk Trails Meeting organized by Long Lake Provincial Park Association!
The agenda will be:
– a short presentation about the park, the trails, and the association
– social get-together, meet other park users
– small groups discuss and identify needs for the park
– all convene to summarize the small group outcomes
– wrap up

Good morning.
Took a walk this morning, was sadly disappointed with the amount of garbage along the trail. I took several pictures, there are actually several bags of garbage on the back side of the trail. Looks like some idiots were either camping/living back there and left them on the trail. Many other objects (bottles, food cartons, plastic cups, bags, cardboard boxes, etc) along the trail. Sad to see a few morons making such a mess.

Yes this disappoints us also, we are a volunteer group who care for the park, and we try to keep it tidy, sometimes things get ahead of us.
